How can I order?
Choose your favorite Growing Concepts in our webshop and add it to your shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout to place your order: create an account, fill in your address details, choose your payment method, confirm your order and complete the payment. Your order has then been placed and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
Have you placed an order through our webshop, but made a mistake by accident? Please contact our customer service:

Help, I have not received an order confirmation. What now?
Within a few minutes after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. Received nothing? The email may have ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. Is the order confirmation indeed in the spam? Then add our email address to your safe senders list. Then our e-mails will always end up in your inbox in the future. If the order confirmation is also not in the spam box, please contact us at support@growingconcepts.zendesk.com

What is the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This code provides insight into the delivery status of your order. Received nothing? Then check whether the message has ended up in your spam.

Do the prices shown include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. Our webshop is only for private customers. Do you want to order as a Wholesale customer? Please contact our customer service.
