Warranty :

Products with plants:
Growing Concepts fully guarantees the quality of its products! Our plants come directly from the grower and are carefully packed and shipped. After delivery, the care and living conditions of the plant cannot be checked by us. Does the quality of the plant deteriorate (rapidly) within 14 days? Then contact us! With our knowledge and possibly the advice of a grower, we can advise you, so that you can enjoy your product again.

Is there something wrong with the product immediately after delivery? Send us a photo of the plant via support@growingconcepts.nl We will then come up with a suitable solution within 2 working days.

Products without plants:
If you have made a purchase via the online store, you can return items within the 14-day cooling-off period

Delivery guarantee :
We take every possible care in sending our products.
Did the plant or pot or product arrive damaged? Please send us the photos below via support@growingconcepts.nl . Within 3 working days after receipt of the complaint or question, you will receive a substantive response from us. In order to properly handle the complaint, we ask you to send the following:

  • A photo of the outside of the package with the package label visible.
  • A photo of the opened package with the contents and inner packaging clearly visible.
  • A photo of the entire size of the product.
  • A detailed photo/close-up of the specific damage to the item.

Returns :

After receiving your order, you can view and use it within 14 days, but only in the same way as you would do in a store. If the products have decreased in value due to your actions, we will deduct this from the amount that will be refunded.

Once we have received the package in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days, including the original shipping costs. The same payment method used to place the order will be used.
Growing Concepts will cover the return shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. It is therefore important to pack the package in such a way that damage to the package is prevented. Make sure the product is shipped in its original packaging and keep copies of receipts and track & trace numbers as proof of shipment. If the exchange and return conditions do not meet the above conditions, Growing Concepts reserves the right to return the order to the recipient, and hold the recipient responsible for the shipping costs.
