How long do I have a warranty on an item?
Growing Concepts is fully responsible for the quality of its products. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us, which means that a product must do or is what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. If you have a complaint about a product, we would of course like to solve it with you. Please contact us at support@growingconcepts.zendesk.com

What exactly is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Damage to the products due to negligence or negligent maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

What is the warranty certificate of my item?

The order number that you have received from us by email serves as proof of warranty.

Help, the quality of my plant deteriorates shortly after purchase. What now?
Our plants come directly from the grower and are packed and shipped with care. After delivery, the care and living conditions of the plant cannot be checked by us. If your plant changes or dies within two weeks of purchase, we will send you a refill package free of charge. Send a photo of the product and your order number to support@growingconcepts.zendesk.com You will receive  as soon as possible a new content for the glassware: pebbles, soil, moss and plant(s).

My product has defects. Can I exchange it?
All products from Growing Concepts are made with the greatest care. Is there something wrong with the product? Please contact our customer service via support@growingconcepts.zendesk.com You will receive a substantive response from us within two to five working days after receipt of the complaint or question. If everything indicates a poorly produced product, you can return it at our expense and we will send a replacement.
